ePerformance is the appraisal self service module for PeopleSoft HRMS.
Determine organisation and individual goals, rate performance via manager appraisals and 360 degree feedback. This can then be authorised by defined workflow approval routings. This then can seamlessly contribute to the salary review cycle via eCompensation.
