eBenefits is a module of PeopleSoft HRMS. It is primarily a US/Canadian benefits self service module that is fully integrated into the main HR system. It can of course be adapted for multinational operation.

eBenefits covers:

  • Open enrollment
  • Dependents' and beneficiaries' details maintenance
  • Benefit programmes, plans and options maintenance
