Recruiting Solutions is a module of PeopleSoft HRMS. It has been called "eRecruit" and "Candidate Gateway".
It allows a self-service Internet based front end where potential candidates can search through available jobs, send in their CV and apply for the jobs.
The candidate's application can then be routed to the correct recruiters and managers, interviews recorded and then (for one candidate) sent through to be a new hire in the PeopleSoft HRMS.
Resumes can be garnered from third party suppliers and loaded.
