PeopleSoft Benefits Administration is an integrated module of PeopleSoft HRMS. It records a company's benefits programmes and plans, which ones and when employees are eligible and enrolled in.
The benefits plans can include many different types of benefits such as health plans, leave entitlements, life insurance benefits and dependent benefits (and their beneficiaries).
Job actions are translated into benefit events (such as termination would cancel your benefits for example).
