Absence Management

The Absence Management module of PeopleSoft HRMS is closely related to the Global Payroll and Time and Labour modules.
The Absence Management allows the creation of different work schedules and calculates duration of sickness, holiday and other types of leave such as jury service. The link to Global Payroll allows this information to be used within the payroll for calculating gross to net and statutory obligations such as United Kingdom SSP, SMP etc.
