eCompensation is a module of PeopleSoft HRMS.
eCompensation enables salary reviews (as part fo a cycle or on an ad-hoc basis) - allows managers to determine employee's new salaries and provides ability to set up approvals for salary, grade and benefits changes and then commit those approved changes so that they can be interfaced to the payroll systems and benefits providers.
The progress can be tracked and reported as it happens.
